Rallies
The Rally is an evening event held in a big hall. It usually consists of the Award ceremony for some competitions, some Performances or Presentations, and a Skit with an ongoing story. The Rally happens each day on the three first days of the Convention. After each Rally, the students are sent to their dorms.
Award Ceremony
The Award Ceremony is an event where students who succeeded in competitions get their medals. They are all waiting to hear their names and go up on stage. AC happens every evening (first in the Rallies, and on the last day - as a separate event). In the Award Ceremony, you might get either 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place - or no place, if you still have a way to go. If you had done an event or competition the day before then you get your medal during the next day’s Award Ceremony. The Award Ceremony is the time of the evening that the students look forward to the most.

Rally Skits
Every Rally has a Rally Skit that is prepared by teachers and students of ISOT .
The skits help us learn important lessons of life in a fun way!
As to the rallies at the student convention, we do a certain part of it, which are the skits, that we present every evening, and they are continual one after another and have a story line. At our student convention we understand our audience and level of their English, and we think a better relatable way to speak some truth to the children is through drama skits, which carry a life changing message or a Christian message for them, we try to make it relatable and having to do with the theme of the student convention. It usually involves a lot of drama, games, audience participation, even some tragic events and lots of fun. --Ms. Valerie Stolyarchuk
